the hotel's location is very convenient. it is close to the train and subway, made traveling easy! the complimentary food and drinks during happy hour and supper are a plus. i especially enjoyed the drip coffee in the morning.

the breakfast area is small and gets crowded. i also found it impossible to add breakfast when i was checking in. the staff were indifferent and not very helpful with directions.

the room was very nice and neat. the hotel offered many complimentary drinks and snacks at specified hours. staff were friendly and professional, they assisted with luggage transfer.

The bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were not great either. the bathroom was like stepping into a caravan. it was compact and made completely of plastic.

I really enjoyed the complimentary beverages and snacks throughout the day. It was such a nice perk. i also appreciated the public bath within the hotel, a great way to relax after a long day. the location was convenient. I loved the easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.

the walk from the station took slightly longer than i expected! though it was manageable

The hotel had a complimentary guest lounge. I enjoyed the refreshments that were available throughout the day. The location was near the train station though the walk was about 7 minutes.
